The cost of the retreat is $190 per person/double occupancy or $260/single occupancy. If you choose to add Thursday the additional cost is $95 per room double room (42.50 each person for double room) The entire cost of the retreat must be paid when registration is made. All fees must be paid with a credit card.
Registration for Previous attendees will open at 9am Wednesday, April 5, 2017 and is limited to 40 attendees. The deadline for previous attendees to register is 9 PM Saturday April 8, 2017.
Registration for the Standby list begins at 12 noon Sunday April 9, 2017 and ends at 9pm Wednesday April 12, 2017 If there are still spots left at that time we will open it up to friends of those attending & general public. If you have never attended our crop & wish to be added to our standby list, please send an email to email@example.com. Include your name, email address, and phone number.

You will not receive a copy of your form so be sure to print it before hitting submit. You have the option of sending your credit card information on this form or for more security please call Debbi at 541 951-4936 to provide this information
Important: If you are unable to climb stairs please tell us on the registration form.
Registration form must include the name of your roommate & the names of those you wish to sit by. We will be using this information to assign rooms & seating at the crop.
Please note that roommates must register and pay within 24 hours of each other to guarantee that you both will have a room. If a registration from one roommate is received and her roommate does not register within 24 hours, we will reject the whole registration. Your registration is not complete until you both have registered online have paid the total cost of the retreat.
$50 of your total fee paid will be designated as a non-refundable deposit if you must cancel within 30 days of the retreat.
No refund if you cancel within 14 days (unless we are able to rebook your spot & then only the $50 deposit will be kept).
Please note if a roommate must cancel you must notify Debbi (phone 541 951-4936 or direct e mail TCsGrandma@aol.com) so that arrangements can be made to notify the standby list that a space is available. We will give you the chance to fill the spot with a friend (who may or may not be on the standby list) since it was your roommate who cancelled. You will have 48 hours to do so before we notify the standby list of an open spot. Please note that if you were in a double room & are unable to find a new roommate your rate will adjust to the price of a single room.
